Deskripsi Produk
Hioki Memory HiLoggers are high-speed data loggers for recording multiple channels of voltage, temperature, resistance or humidity signals, some models providing complete isolation between channels and strong noise resistance. The LR8450-01 offers 1ms sampling across up to 330 channels, and can be paired with 10 different types of plug-in or wireless input units. Collect data from wireless modules installed in remote or confined locations via a LAN connection. New input modules measure strain and distortion, ideal for automotive applications involving the evaluation of vehicle components as well as robotic equipment.
Key Features
- Wireless LAN model expandable to 330 ch with wireless and plug-in units
- Record voltage output from pressure and other sensors with 1ms sampling speed
- Directly connect strain gauge and measure signals in as fast as 1ms intervals
- Significantly reduced effects from noise let you safely measure in high voltage and high frequency areas such as around inverter motors
- Avoid wiring issues by minimizing cable length using wireless units
- Monitor data captured remotely on PC with wireless LAN technology
Wireless units can be easily registered in 2 steps!
Memory HiLogger LR8450-01 is a data logger equipped with wireless LAN. It is ideal for collecting data in dispersed locations and locations where wiring is difficult. You can add up to 7 wireless units and measure up to 330 channels. Will introduce to you two easy steps, to register the wireless units onto the main module.
Stable Logging – Even at High Voltages and Frequencies
Minimize the Effects of Noise
The LR8450 reduces the effects of noise to deliver stable logging, even at high voltages and frequencies. Legacy data loggers could not log temperature accurately in noisy environments due to the effects of high frequencies, which caused values to shift or fluctuate significantly. The new Hioki Memory HiLogger LR8450 uses a revamped design to dramatically reduce the effects of high-frequency noise, and is ideal for temperature logging of inverters and batteries.
Connect strain gages directly and make measurements in as little as 1 ms.
The Memory HiLogger LR8450 is a data logger that can measure stress via directly connected strain gages. Capable of recording at frequencies on the order of dozens of hertz thanks to sampling at up to 1 ms, the LR8450 is ideal for measuring stress and load on moving parts and strain on components such as brakes and pipes. And because it can accommodate a mix of various measurement units, the LR8450 can simultaneously measure strain, temperature, and voltage as necessary.
Make measurements in locations where it would be difficult to route wires
Work time can be reduced by using the LR8450-01 and wireless units, since only minimal wiring is required. If the measurement target is located in a lab, this approach eliminates the need to string wire and drill holes in the walls of the monitoring room where data is checked.
